These are some of our dancers strutting their stuff in the local park as part of the 100 days challenge. If you want to join us we meet on Wednesday at Tree of Life at 3.30pm. Thanks to Kelloggs for continuing to support this activity

Hello Janet and everyone connected to the tree of life!
What a good day was had by everybody who went to Painswick Park. The best thing on the day was your refreshment stall. What friendly people they were! It reflected the ambience you feel when you go to the tree of life centre itself
Thank you - we always try to make everyone feel welcome - and food and drink are universal in doing that. Make sure you keep checking the website to see when our new, extended cafe opens around June for delicious, home cooked, good food.
The Tree of Life is a centre for health and well-being, in the heart of the Woodhouse Park area of Wythenshawe. We take a holistic approach, offering services in support of physical, emotional, financial, mental, and spiritual well-being.
