Cream of the crop

Well, it was a cream tea celebration actually. Over 100 people came to celebrate our new car park and kitchen including The Lord Mayor of Manchester, Paul Goggins MP, John Moran from construction company Laing O'Rourke, local councillor Eddy Newman and representatives from Manchester Airport Trust Fund. We had a lovely afternoon so thanks to all who came (especially our drumming group who gave their best ever performance). Our painting class had displayed their work which was amazing after just two weeks and the gardeners had placed lots of lovely pots around the car park. A really good time celebrating with the local community a local amenity.
