We had a lovely fun day - the sun actually shone - and we had over 500 people having a great time. Here are some of the pictures.

Dump it or donate it??

Watch out for the Channel 4 programme "Dumped" which starts on 3 September. Ten people live for three weeks totally relying on what they find on the tip. If you are shocked by the amount of good stuff thrown away then remember there are lots of people who could benefit. Contact us to collect stuff instead of throwing it away. FUN DAY - 10 August 2007

If you have seen the previous photos of the FUN DAY then you can see what a great time we have. This year our fun day is from 11:00am-3.00pm (with our AGM at 10.30)and this year it will be bigger than ever. With a grant from Co-op community fund, all visitors will receive a free piece of fruit to help them to their "5 a day". With children's entertainer, story telling, bouncy castle etc for the children and book stalls, tombola, Tai Chi, and West African Drumming to entertain the adults there is plenty to do and watch. And with the cafe serving delicious, tasty soup, sandwiches and cream teas there will be plenty to ensure you have a great day.
